§ 143-143. 21B. Dealer cancellation; deposit refund.
A dealer shall refund to a buyer the full amount of a deposit on the purchase of a manufactured home if the buyer has fulfilled his obligations under the purchase agreement and the dealer cancels the purchase at any time. History (1998-211, s. 37; 2005-451, s. 1.)
