§ 95-218. Severability.
The provisions of this Article are severable, and if any phrase, clause, sentence, or provision of this Article, or the application of any such phrase, clause, sentence or provision to any person, business entity or circumstances, other than those to which it was held invalid shall not be affected thereby. History (1985, c. 775, s. 1.) §§ 95-219 through 95-221: Reserved for future codification purposes.
