§ 75-140. Title.
This Article shall be known and may be cited as the "Abusive Patent Assertions Act." History (2014-110, s. 2.1.) Editor's Note. - Session Laws 2014-110, s. 2.2 made this Article, as enacted by Session Laws 2014-110, s. 2.1, effective August 6, 2014, and applicable to causes of actions commenced on or after that date and demands made on or after that date. Session Laws 2014-110, s. 2.1, enacted this section as G.S. 75-136. The section has been renumbered as G.S. 75-140 at the direction of the Revisor of Statutes.
