§ 35A-1345. Validity of gift.
A gift made with the approval of the judge under the provisions of this Article shall be deemed to be a gift made by the incompetent, and shall be as valid in all respects as if made by a competent person. History (1963, c. 112, s. 6; 1987, c. 550, s. 5.)
