§ 8-B. 8-BAdditional duties of the comptroller

§ 8-b. Additional duties of the comptroller. 1. The comptroller is hereby authorized and directed to assess fringe benefit and central service agency indirect costs on all non-general funds, and on the general fund upon request and at the sole discretion of the director of the budget, and to charge such assessments to such funds. Such fringe benefit and indirect costs assessments shall be based on rates provided to the comptroller by the director of the budget. Copies of such rates shall be provided to the legislative fiscal committees.
