§ 73-2-8. Management of ditches crossing county line

Where any acequia or ditch, public or private, passes from within the limits of any

one county, to within the lines of any other county, such acequias or ditches within

the proper precincts of their respective counties shall be under the exclusive control

and management of the officers of such precincts and counties.
