§ 72-2-5. Annual report
The state engineer shall prepare and deliver to the governor, on or before November
30 of each year, a full report of the work of his office, including a detailed statement
of expenditures thereof to and including June 30 of that year, with such recommendations
for legislation and appropriation as he deems advisable. He shall also prepare and submit special reports on the work and expenditures of
his office at all other times when required by the governor.
