§ 69-2-2. Publication of mining laws and regulations
The board may, in its discretion, cause to be prepared and published a compilation
of the mining laws and regulations of the state and is authorized to update and reprint
the same at such intervals as it deems advisable to reflect any substantial changes
in the law or regulations. The book shall be sold at such price as the board may determine.
