§ 68-2-9. Penalty for obstruction
Any person obstructing the access of the forestry division of the energy, minerals
and natural resources department or the division's agents to lands, as provided in Section 68-2-8 NMSA 1978 , is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction may be sentenced to not less than
thirty days nor more than ninety days in the county jail or fined not less than one
hundred dollars ($100) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000), or both such imprisonment
and fine.
