§ 68-2-27. Using false information to comply with the Forest Conservation Act
It is unlawful for any person to use false information or documentation to obtain
any permit, license or other benefit under the Forest Conservation Act. Any person who is found guilty of violating the provisions of this section shall
be sentenced according to Section 68-2-17 NMSA 1978 .
