§ 68-2-12. Acquisition and disposition of land by division

The division is authorized, with the approval of the commissioner of public lands,

to acquire land or interest in land, either by gift or by purchase, title to which

shall be taken in the name of the state of New Mexico. Land or interest in land no longer needed may be disposed of as provided by law.
