§ 67-4-17. Cooperative agreements with federal government

The boards of county commissioners of the several counties are hereby authorized to

enter into cooperative agreements with the secretary of agriculture for the survey,

construction and maintenance of roads and trails within their counties as provided

by Section 8 of the act of congress of the United States, approved July eleven, 1916,

entitled “An act to provide that the United States shall aid the states in the construction

of rural post roads, and for other purposes.”
