§ 67-3-52. Payment from state highway suspense fund

Upon the delivery to the department of finance and administration of a certified copy

of any such decree determining the respective rights of said contractor or sureties,

and all of said creditors to said fund, the secretary of finance and administration

shall issue a warrant for the payment thereof in accordance with such decree, and

the state treasurer shall pay the same in accordance therewith.
