§ 66-7-211. District medical investigators to report
Every district medical investigator or other official performing like functions shall,
on or before the tenth day of each month, report in writing to the state highway and
transportation department the death of any person within his jurisdiction during the
preceding calendar month as the result of a traffic accident, giving the time and
place of the accident and the circumstances relating to the accident.
