§ 66-5-56. Notification by driver to the division

Any driver of a commercial motor vehicle holding a New Mexico driver's license who

is convicted of violating any state law or local ordinance relating to motor vehicle

traffic control in any other state, other than parking violations, shall notify the

division, in the manner specified in a regulation adopted by the secretary, within

thirty days of the date of conviction.
