§ 63-1-7. Articles of incorporation; certified copies

A copy of any articles of incorporation filed in pursuance of the provisions of this

chapter, certified by the secretary of state, or heretofore certified by the secretary

of the territory of New Mexico, must be received in all courts and other places as

prima facie evidence of the facts therein stated.
