§ 63-1-14. Ballots; majority required; voting rights
All elections of directors must be by ballot, and a vote of stockholders representing
a majority of the subscribed capital stock shall be necessary to a choice. At all such elections, and at all other elections, and at all meetings of stockholders,
each stockholder shall be entitled to one vote for each share of the capital stock
owned by him.
