§ 62-10-6. Separate hearings of several complaints
When complaint is made of more than one matter or thing, the commission may, when
convenience so requires, order separate hearings thereon, and may thereupon hear and
determine the several matters complained of separately and at such times as it may
prescribe. In any hearing, proceeding or investigation conducted by the commission, any party
may be heard in person or by attorney.
