§ 60-7A-8. Sales to wholesalers

Unless he has a wholesaler's license, no New Mexico manufacturer shall sell or offer

for sale any alcoholic beverages manufactured within this state to any person in New

Mexico other than wholesalers licensed under the provisions of the Liquor Control

Act.
