§ 5-8-24. Hearing on capital improvements plan and impact fee

Upon completion of the capital improvements plan, the governing body shall schedule

and publish notice of a public hearing to discuss the adoption of the capital improvements

plan and imposition of the impact fee. The public hearing must be held by the governing body of the municipality or county

to discuss the proposed ordinance, order or resolution adopting a capital improvements

plan and imposing an impact fee.
