§ 49-4-4. Management of grant
The Chilili land grant-merced shall be controlled and governed by the Treaty of Guadalupe
Hidalgo, by the provisions of Chapter 49, Article 4 NMSA 1978 as a political subdivision of the state and by all provisions of its bylaws not in
conflict with the Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo or state law.
