§ 49-4-11. Quorum
A majority of the members of the board of trustees shall constitute a quorum for the
transaction of business, and the land grant-merced and its inhabitants shall be bound
by the acts of the board pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 49, Article 4 NMSA 1978 and the land grant-merced bylaws.
