§ 45-5-426. Consent to conservatorship; applicable laws
All the procedures contained in Chapter 45, Article 5 NMSA 1978 pursuant to the appointment of a conservator for a person under conservatorship shall
apply. The person for whom a conservatorship is sought shall not be allowed to consent
to the appointment of a conservator by the court.
