§ 44-3-13. Joinder of defendants

When several persons claim to be entitled to the same office or franchise, or if they

collectively claim to be entitled to exercise the franchise of a corporation created

by the authority of this state, one action may be brought against all such persons

in order to try their, and each of their, respective rights to such office or franchise.
