§ 34-2-12. Payment of accounts
The secretary of finance and administration shall draw warrants on the state treasurer
in payment of all accounts of the supreme court law library that have been audited
by the chief justice and justices of the supreme court or their designees, to the
extent of the appropriations made for such purposes but for no more.
