§ 3-15-15. Publication of proposed charter
Whenever a proclamation calling for a special election as provided for by Section 3-15-9 NMSA 1978 , shall be issued, a copy of the proposed charter shall be published once each week
for four consecutive weeks, and the presiding officer of the governing body of the
municipality shall cause to be printed for distribution not less than one thousand
copies of the proposed charter, the distribution to be not less than three weeks before
the date set for the election.
