§ 3-1-6. Final day to act
Whenever the last day for performing an administrative duty, filing a petition or
declaration in a county or municipal office, or other similar act falls on a Saturday,
Sunday or holiday, the next succeeding day on which the county or municipal office
is open during regular business hours shall be the final day for performing the administrative
duty, filing a petition or declaration with a county or municipal clerk or other similar
act.
