§ 28-10-6. Reports
The governor's commission on disability and the advisory council on disability shall
submit reports on their work for the preceding year to the governor and the legislature
at least forty-five days prior to each regular legislative session. The report shall contain recommendations on present and future needs of individuals
with disabilities.
