§ 20-11-7. Peace officers' neglect or refusal to act; penalty

Any peace officer who neglects or refuses to obey, execute or return the process of

a military court or the order of a commanding officer pursuant to Section 20-12-12 NMSA 1978 or makes a false return on such process or order is guilty of a misdemeanor.
