§ 19-8-6. Salt lease statutes excepted
There is expressly excepted from the provisions of this act, chloride of sodium, usually
called and known as common salt, and this act shall not be construed as modifying,
altering, repealing or in any wise changing the existing statutes relating to the
leasing of state lands for the production of chloride of sodium, or common salt.
