§ 16-5-3. Cumbres and Toltec scenic railroad commission created

There is created the “Cumbres and Toltec scenic railroad commission,” an interstate

agency authorized by the Cumbres and Toltec Scenic Railroad Compact. The commission shall be composed of four members, two of whom serve for the state

of New Mexico and two of whom serve for the state of Colorado.
