§ 12-1-2. New Mexico compilation commission; creation

The “New Mexico compilation commission” is created. The commission consists of the chief justice of the supreme court or a justice designated

by the chief justice, who shall act as president of the commission; the clerk of

the supreme court; the attorney general or a deputy or assistant attorney general

designated by the attorney general; the dean of the university of New Mexico school

of law or the dean's designee; the director of the legislative council service;

and the president of the state bar of New Mexico or a bar commissioner designated

by the president of the state bar of New Mexico.
