§ 76-6-4. Voluntary measures

The board, either independently or in cooperation with counties, cities, towns or

other political subdivisions of the state, farmers' associations or similar organizations,

individuals, [the] federal government or of [with] other states, is authorized to

carry out operations or measures to locate, suppress, control, eradicate or prevent

or retard the spread of pests with the consent of the owners of the property involved.
