§ 70-3-17. Continuity of service

When a proposed regulation or commission order will, or may, affect continuity of

any gas service, the commission shall consult with any other state or federal agency

having jurisdiction over the affected transportation of gas or gas pipeline facility

before adopting the regulation or order and shall defer the effective date of the

regulation or order until the other state or federal agency has had reasonable opportunity

to take such action as it shall deem necessary.
