§ 62-11-5. Decision on appeal
The supreme court shall have no power to modify the action or order appealed from,
but shall either affirm or annul and vacate the same. The supreme court shall vacate and annul the order complained of if it is made to
appear to the satisfaction of the court that the order is unreasonable or unlawful. Proceedings in the supreme court shall be governed by the provisions of this act
and by the Rules of Appellate Procedure for Civil Cases promulgated by the supreme
court of New Mexico.
