§ 61-3-21. Registration under previous law

Any person licensed as a practical nurse under any prior laws of this state whose

license is valid on the effective date of the Nursing Practice Act shall be held to

be licensed under the provisions of the Nursing Practice Act and shall be entitled

to renewal of this license as provided in the Nursing Practice Act.
