§ 60-3A-7. Authority of the alcoholic beverage control division

The alcoholic beverage control division of the regulation and licensing department

has the authority over all matters relating to the issuance, denial, suspension or

revocation of licenses under the Liquor Control Act. The director of the division may request the department of public safety to provide

investigatory and enforcement support as deemed necessary.
