§ 60-2D-11. Renewal licenses

Pari-mutuel bicycle-racing licenses may be renewed upon application of the licensee

annually for the same dates or for other dates the licensee requests, but for not

less than the total number of days allotted during the preceding year. The application for a renewal shall be in the same form as the original application,

shall contain the same information, brought up to date, and shall contain the same

attachments, but shall not require a public hearing.
