§ 60-2A-29. Penalty
Any person violating the provisions of the Professional Athletic Competition Act is
guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction therefor shall be punished, in the discretion
of the court, by a fine not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000) or by imprisonment
in the county jail not to exceed three months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
