§ 50-4-29. Relation to other laws
Any standards relating to minimum wage, maximum hour or other working conditions in
effect at the date of the passage of this act by or under any other law of this state,
which are more favorable to employees than those applicable to such employees under
this act, shall not be deemed to be amended, rescinded or otherwise affected by this
act but shall continue in full force and effect.
