§ 42-3-15. Contingent authority of act

The provisions of the Relocation Assistance Act are effective so long as the congress

of the United States authorizes and appropriates money for the payments and services

set forth in Section 211 of the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition

Policies Act of 1970 1 for federal aid programs, that act providing for federal reimbursement of the payments

and services arising out of relocation assistance as a part of the cost of construction

of a project under any federal aid program. 1
