§ 39-1-12. Record and transcript of judgment by confession; execution
The clerk shall record the confession of judgment in his court record for such county
and shall issue the transcript of judgment or execution as in other cases or as may
be stipulated between the parties pursuant to Section 39-1-13 NMSA 1978 .
