§ 28-7-13. Prohibiting influence against joining organizations for the visually handicapped

No officer or employee of the state or any political subdivision of the state who

is concerned with the administration of any program for the visually handicapped shall

exert the influence of his office or position against the right of a person to join

organizations for the visually handicapped.
