§ 27-2-46. Medically indigent patient deductible

A medically indigent patient's deductible shall be an amount determined by the hospital

that the medically indigent patient is able to pay the hospital in monthly installments

over an eighteen-month period. That determination shall be made pursuant to department rules and regulations and

shall include, but not be limited to, consideration of the medically indigent patient's

family size, household income and obligations.
