§ 21-1-19. Oaths of board members; filing

Each and every member of the said boards shall, before entering upon their respective

duties, take and subscribe an oath to faithfully and honestly discharge their duties

in the premises and strictly and impartially perform the same to the best of their

several abilities. Said oath shall be filed with the secretary of state.
