§ 18-2-5. State library administrative agency
The library division of the office of cultural affairs is designated a state library
administrative agency and is empowered to accept gifts or grants of any nature from
federal, state, county, local or private agencies for the purpose of carrying on its
work. Any grant of money so received shall be deposited in the state treasury to the credit
of the library division and shall be used only for the purpose for which it is given
or granted.
