§ acts:saved-54. (91)
3. That the act entitled “A further supplement to an act entitled ‘An act concerning
the settlement and collection of arrearages of unpaid taxes, assessments and water
rates or water rents in cities of this state, and imposing and levying a tax, assessment
and lien in lieu and instead of such arrearages, and to enforce the payment thereof
and to provide for the sale of lands subjected to a further taxation and assessment,’
approved April thirteenth, nineteen hundred and fifteen,” and is known as chapter
276 of the Laws of 1915, at page 503, be and the same is hereby repealed; providing,
that such repeal shall in no way invalidate or affect any proceedings had or now pending
thereunder.
