§ acts:saved-54. (7)

1. On or before the first day of January of each year there shall be filed in the office

of the county clerk, or the register of deeds where such office exists, duplicates

by blue prints or otherwise of all tax maps approved by the state board of equalization

during the year then past, at the charge of the taxing district for which said maps

have been made; and it shall be the duty of the officials having the custody of the

original to secure and file such duplicates.
