§ acts:saved-54. (67)

16. The collecting officer of any municipality acting under the provisions hereof shall

make up and keep a list of the properties which are brought under the provisions of

this act by payment of the first installment of the taxes of the year one thousand

nine hundred and forty and shall keep the records of payments hereunder, all in such

form as shall be prescribed by the Commissioner of Local Government.
