§ acts:saved-54. (57)

6. During the period of the extension of time for payment herein provided for, the lien

of such arrears shall be suspended, and the amounts thereof shall not be considered

as due, except as the same becomes payable in installments under the terms of this

act and the municipality shall have no further right to enforce the payment of such

arrears so long as such installment payments shall be made promptly when due as herein

provided for, and so long as payment of all subsequent taxes, assessments and other

liens shall likewise be made promptly when due.
